Phyllis Orenstein Bresler leads PW Communications as President and Chief Executive Officer. She brings more than 25 years of experience managing and writing proposals for a myriad of companies.

Ms. Bresler received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated from the Tuck-WBENC Executive Program sponsored by the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. She is a frequent guest lecturer on Entrepreneurship at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. Ms. Bresler currently serves on the Advisory Committee to Monument Bank in Bethesda, MD, and is active in many charities, including Team Rubicon and The Wounded Warrior Project.

Phyllis has built a core team that enables the Company to provide superior service to clients and consultants worldwide, 24/7. This core team includes:

• Director of Business Development focused on expanding the Company's services to meet the needs of clients in an ever-changing proposal environment.
• Full-time Controller whose responsibilities include handling all collection and payroll matters, eliminating back-and-forth between Consultants and Clients regarding payment matters and ensuring Consultants are never burdened with the collection process.
• Dedicated Corporate Recruiter skilled in developing efficient staffing solutions, and vetting and hiring qualified personnel.
• Facility Security Officer to manage matters related to security clearances and classified assignments.
